IT-Support for the Learning course Climate Action Training

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung

The contractor is responsible for providing the following services:
- Creating (and ensuring the smooth functionality of) self-pace course and online class-rooms for tutor-guided/moderated courses
1. Create class-rooms (duplicate courses) of the CAT course based upon the individual needs of client FABRIC, the brands, trainers and other stakeholders.
2. If any of the Atingi based tools are not functional, provide a quick support where possible otherwise report and follow up with the Atingi team at client.
- Project management (with Atingi team, trainers, client staff involved etc.)
3. Communicate with atingi staff to solve technical issues that cannot be solved independently and follow up on the progress of reported tasks.
4. Provide support to individual users experiencing ad-hoc issues such as joining the course, obtaining the certificate, getting access to materials etc. Keep a track on all such individual issues and resolve in a timely manner.
5. Manage overall service delivery with client, project steering and regular reporting
- Troubleshooting issues and updating course content
6. All SCORM file related bugs and issues regarding all self-pace courses and tutor- guided courses to be solved where possible and in other areas engage the Atingi team and follow up.
7. If any of the content of the course needs changing, assist in changing that through the client Articulate Rise account in all courses. The current course has been developed within Articulate Rise and knowledge about using this tool will be crucial for the service provider.
8. Assist in periodically generating accurate reports about number, characteristics and performance of users for client team. The consultant may receive raw data from atingi but may also retrieve and analyse data yourself.
9. Provide any other ad-hoc technical support required.
10. Rework, optimize and debug existing and potentially new learning resources (Articulate Rise, H5P, Moodle native/XML-data).
